It is important to us at Lancaster High School that all pupils experience a school environment where our school values of ambition, kindness and service can thrive. Where behaviour towards pupils does not fall in line with our values it is important to us that pupils feel they can report issues from other pupils, adults or peers outside of school to a member of school staff.

 

Pupils are encouraged to follow our 3R system for reporting concerns.  

Report: report the concern or behaviour to any adult in school, all of our staff know what to do next. All staff will listen to you, they will not dismiss your concern  

Respond: school will then respond with the appropriate action for the incident reported in a timely manner  

Review: after we have acted and supported in our post incident actions, we will follow up with the child who has reported the incident later to ensure the behaviours have not been repeated.

Friendship Day

On Friday 28th November we will be celebrating our School Friendship Day for our treasured pupil Leon. Orange and blue ribbons will be on sale in school all week for pupils and staff to buy and remember Leon in our thoughts and friendship actions on 28th November.
